SWEAT BASED FORMATS

Our SWEAT workout is defined by any class that infuses cardio, and is our most versatile class format.  SWEAT is best friends with STRENGTH and SCULPT, but can also go stag.  SWEAT by itself is a blend of cardio, lightweights and heavy weights — when paired with STRENGTH or SCULPT, it conforms to that particular style.  As stated in the name, this format is designed to make you SWEAT, build cardiovascular efficiency and improve body fat composition.  

SWEAT

A circuit based workout that utilizes heavy weights in timed intervals, high intensity pushes using resistance and plyometric movements with minimal impact, and short recovery periods. Designed to build strength, endurance and athleticism.

SWEAT x SCULPT

A cardiovascular + core based workout that focuses on muscular endurance and core training by utilizing light weights and resistance, with intense intervals of cardio pushes to increase heart rate and boost metabolism.  Designed to define and tone muscles, as well as improve cardiovascular efficiency.

SWEAT x STRENGTH

strength + cardiovascular based workout that focuses on

circuits of full body weight training and intense intervals of cardio to increase heart rate and boost metabolism, with short recovery periods.  Designed to build strength and endurance, and improve cardiovascular and muscular efficiency.
