Our SCULPT workouts are defined by any class that utilizes light weight training.  These classes are set to music, and designed to isolate each muscle group in order to tone and define your entire body.  SCULPT classes are typically done barefoot.

A core based workout that focuses on repetition and endurance utilizing light weights, resistance bands and other props. Designed to efficiently shape and define targeted muscles, with no cardio and no impact.

A cardiovascular + core based workout that focuses on muscular endurance and core training by utilizing light weights and resistance, with intense intervals of cardio pushes to increase heart rate and boost metabolism.  Designed to define and tone muscles, as well as improve cardiovascular efficiency.
